CPA - Terms & Conditions

Please receive herewith the proposed Terms & Conditions document that should be used with your normal job card for compliance to the Consumer Protection Act.

 This document is in no way prescriptive but contains the minimum criteria according to our lawyers which members should abide by.

 These documents are intended for use by ACRA/ERA/MIWA/SADFIA members ONLY, and are copyright protected.

 NOTE: May we therefore suggest that the Standard Terms and Conditions appearing on page 3 and 4  be ALSO printed on the back of pages 1 and 2, so that a record of the applicable and relevant terms and conditions ( as they are at the time) remains in the vendor’s record. Pages 3 & 4 should be printed separately back to back and that can be given to your customers so they have a copy thereof.
